I've had this for a couple of weeks now and I would never have believed I would ever play digital music without a dedicated disc player. In fact this little gizmo is capable of playing digital music at over 4X the resolution of a commercial CD. It connects to a Home Network via wireless or by Ethernet. It can be controlled by holding it, by ir remote, by networked computer, by internet or smartphone app so you can programme a play list while you are out. It recognises any music format or digital storage medium I can think of. It's outputs can be to connected to active speakers or headphones or via coax or optical digital output to an external DAC or to a preamp via RCA jacks. So basically whatever or however you would like to integrate it into your home it can do it and because it is internet connected it can access every internet radio station there is out there.....
